Job Title iNSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
Overall Responsibility: Responsible for achieving or exceeding Volume, Distribution, Merchandising, Promotion, Collection objectives of assigned territory by efficiently conducting Basic Call Procedures (BCP) and effectively implementing product marketing programs.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. Achievement of monthly sales and collection targets.
2. Identify potential outlets for Institutional Accounts
3. Report daily performance to Sales Supervisor and to BM/NSM, when required
4. Analyze weekly performance, establish balance to sell or collect and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of target.
Qualifications:
? Must be College Graduate / College level in any business course or its equivalent.
? With or without experience.
? With Pleasing Personality and strong Communication Skills in Speaking and Writing
? Female, at least 5”4 in height
? Age requirements: 18 to 27 years old
