Applicants must be:

1. College degree holder, preferably with a background in the field of Social Sciences or Behavioral Sciences, or its equivalent.

2. Excellent time management skills and able to organize and prioritize multiple projects at the same time;

3. Clear and concise written and oral communication skills (can do lectures in English and Bisaya);

4. Proven ability in applying discretion and maintaining confidentiality;

5. Demonstrated leadership ability and team player mindset;

6. Has ability to comprehend instructions and translate ideas into concrete actions;

7. Reliable and can work with less supervision;

8. Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
