Position 1: Coordinator/YES (Contrctual)
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4 year course
• 1 year experience in customer service
• Can work under pressure
• With good communication skills
• With good inter personal skill and hardworking
• At least 25 years old/Male
Duties and Responsibilities:
• coordinates with CSS/Traffic for booking, Slot Allocations
• coordinates with Truck Dispatchers, regarding status of pick up
• coordinates with Concare, regarding van requirement
• coordinates with Terops, regarding status of loading
• coordinates to all the branches to comply with the reportorial requirements
• coordinates with AE Handling Coke if there were issue arising that will affect our service performance.
• updates Coke Big Red System
• update comprehensive coke monitoring reports
1. ageing/unwithdrawn reports
2. covers from booking to delivery to the destination (includes POD return)
3. includes sugar movement, and interports
4. pre-alertssend pre alert to destination
5. send cargo arrival notice to coca cola for northbound (eg. sugar cargoes)
• send loading confirmation
Position 2: Operations Head (CAGAYAN)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Spearhead Cagayan Branch in attaining to be the safest and most efficient shipping lines support.
• Coach and lead each sub- department managers of land operations group; namely terminal operations, engineering land and tucking services, CONCARE/CONYARD) to achieve their own accountability. making sure they all work as one and provide assistance on a day to day basis
• Provide cgy branch/mngt information so to make the right decision making process on company goals, strategies and tactics
• Provide cgy branch/mngt regular feedback through reporting, updates and scorecards so they would be guided on how the department is doing
• To implement various programs that would ensure consistency of quality of work
Qualifications:
• graduate of any collegiate course preferably technical related. i.e. mechanical engr, industrial, etc
• with at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of highly competent professionals that comes from various backgrounds
• leadership and management skills must be tried and tested in the past
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• good listening skills, hands on type of management and good facilitation skills
• people oriented
• can adapt well with people in all levels
• open minded and willing to learn
