Responsibilities:

  • Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions.
  • Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
  • Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • 100 Full-Time position(s) available.

2. 100 Product Support Professionals

Responsibilities:
