Job Description
Achieve store sales target.
Welcome and greet customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Determine the customers’ needs and wants.
Recommend products that fit with customer needs.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Keep up to date with product information and prices.
Maintain a fully stocked store by timely stock replenishment.
Ensure safety and care of store and items display and its proper visual presentation.
Inspect and check item expiration.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Perform cash handling (cashiering), and floor sales representation.
Execute daily perpetual inventory count and reconciliation if there is variances.
Maintain proper posture and presentable appearance.
Function as an all-around Team Member.
Minimum Qualifications
Can converse in English, visayan and in Filipino.
Proven working experience in retail sales is preferred.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus.
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Team player, honest, responsible, and reliable.
Basic administration skills.
Willing to work on different shifts and weekends.
