Position: Video Editor
Requirements for these positions are beginner-to-intermediate – but we’re looking for team members who strive to continuously improve and become masters of their craft. The ability to grow into these roles, learn, and increase in ability is important. A strong portfolio is preferred. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Role-specific requirements, as well as brief job descriptions, are listed below:
— Will utilize our proven company process to edit video content quickly and efficiently, in accordance with brand and style specifications.
–Will create, find, and/or manipulate additional video assets from the web as needed.
— Will create video thumbnails, gifs, and other new media for upload. Once a project is completed, this person will upload, annotate, and provide video assets to team members.
— Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
–Must understand common multimedia formats and export options.
— Must have knowledge of online media channels such as YouTube and Facebook. Knowledge of animation/After Effects is preferred.

Our goal is to begin by hiring 2-3 individuals who want to gain experience creating high-quality creative, and be part of a growing company. We work at a fast pace, so team members are expected to meet high volume output expectations while maintaining high-quality design standards. We believe team members are most productive and collaborative in an in-person office environment. As members of our Philippines office, you would be expected to work a set 8-hour schedule daily. Due to COVID-19, you may be allowed to work from home temporarily. When restrictions are lifted or loosened you will be expected to work in an office 5 days a week. If you do not already live within proximity to the office, you will be expected to relocate. A sign-on bonus will be awarded after one year of service to the company, and additionally, a financial relocation package may be provided to assist with the expense of relocating.
