Occupational Health Nurse
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse
At least one (1) year experience in Industrial health and safety
Preferably holder of the Certificate of 50 Hours Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH)
Training Course for Nurses (issued by OHNAP or any DOLE – accredited training organization)
Oral and written communication skill
Interpersonal skill
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Organize and administer a health services program integrating occupational safety in the workplace
Provide nursing care and temporary treatment in case of injury or illness
Perform pre-employment Physical Examination and health maintenance examination
Maintain monthly report and record system
