ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services; and maintain a healthy dealer-client relationship.

Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts/dealers.
Closes sales by building relationships with potential accounts/dealers; explaining products and services capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Manages several dealers/stores and sales associates in assigned territory.

AREA SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
Collaborates with Account Executives and Account Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Immediate superior
Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.

Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
Collaborates with Regional Sales Director to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Collaborates with Chief of Finance to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
Holds regular meeting with sales staff.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 to 5 years experience in handling sales of a mobile company such as SAMSUNG, NOKIA, BLACKBERRY, LG, Lenovo, SONY.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
