Stockroom Assistant
-To assist the Genstore In-charge in receiving of supplies and other materials from the supplier.
-To assist the Genstore In-charge in issuing supplies and other materials to the requesting department.
-To encode in the system all supplies issued as well as all materials and supplies received.
-To assist in refueling of vehicles and other cargo and delivery trucks.
-To monitor the level of stocks in the general store.
-To participate in the monthly physical counting of general store inventories.
Requirements:
• A graduate of any 4- year course with 1 year work experience to any related field.
• Computer Literate (MS Excel, Word)
• Can perform with minimum supervision
• Patient
