– A graduate of any business course or any 4-year course
– At least 6 months work experience as a Sales Officer or any related work experience
– With marketing and sales experience in a real estate industry is an advantage
– Can work quickly and accurately to deliver fast and efficient service to the customers without sacrificing the quality of work
– Good in oral and written communication skills
– Excellent Customer Relations skills
– A computer literate
– Flexible in schedule availability
– Can handle work under pressure
– Has the ability to perform tasks in the standard way at all times
– Hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast, efficient, neat, honest, and a team player
