Positions and Qualifications:

1. Administrative Assistant

  • Must be 21 – 29 years old
  • Preferably Single
  • Preferably Law Graduate
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • With good interpersonal relation skills
  • With or without experience
  • Computer Literate
  • In good health
  • Pleasing personality

2. Performance Management Analyst

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses
  • Preferably Female, 22-35 years old
  • With Above average in oral and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in the same position or related function
  • Able to plan and institute programs and interventions for faculty and staff development
  • With good interpersonal relations
  • Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and can work with minimum supervision
  • Pleasing Personality

3. Training Coordinator

  • A graduate from an accredited four year college or university preferably with major course in human resource management or BS Psychology graduate
  • Preferably Female 22-35 years old
  • With above average in oral and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Good team-player and excellent in interpersonal relations
  • Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organized and can work with minimum supervision
  • Pleasing Personality

4. Attendance Monitoring System Coordinator

  • A graduate from an accredited four year college or university preferably with major course in human resource management or BS Psychology graduate
  • Preferably Female 22-35 years old
  • With above average in oral and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Previous database development experience is an advantage
  • Good team-player and excellent in interpersonal relations
  • Excellent working knowledge on MS
  • Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and can work with minimum supervision.

5.  Labor Relations Officer

  • A graduate from an accredited four year college or university preferably with major course in human resource management, industrial or labor relations/ law graduate
  • Preferably Female 22-35 years old
  • With above average in oral and written communication skills
  • With one (1) year experience as a Labor Relations Officer or some increasingly responsible experience at an advanced professional level in several phases of human resources or labor relations work
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in analyzing facts and arriving at conclusions for recommending action
  • Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organized and can work with minimum supervision
  • Pleasing Personality
