Position: Sales Dispatch (Butuan)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pull-out units from the pier
- Conducts physical inspection to the unit to check if there are possible loss or damages due to the delivery
- Reconcile with the PDI done by the PDI Logistic Officer of Manila if there are any damages
- Notifies and gives the Accessories Technician a copy of the PDI if damage is found during transition
- Prepares the stencil of the newly arrived unit and submits it to the Sales Coordinator
- Prepares the unit to be released and confirm what free items / accessories are to be installed based on the release slip
- Ensures the cleanliness inside and outside of the vehicle
- Confirms Sales Consultants with regards to the fuel level of the unit
- Assists customers during the delivery procedure with the Sales Consultants
- Acts as Company driver during official business trips
- Other duties that may be required from time to time
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
- high school graduate
- with good driving skills
- cautious, honest and can be trusted
- with basic knowledge of Ford Products
