-Graduate of Marketing of any business related course
-With at least three (3) years managerial experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in automotive industry
-Can conceptualize and efficiently implement Sales and Marketing plans and programs
-Proficient in both oral and written communication
-Has strong leadership and customer relations skills
-Computer literate
-Willing to travel to provinces and cities outside Cagayan De Oro City
