1. COMPANY NURSE
(HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT)
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse
• At least two (2) years’ experience in preventive and corrective Health care; industrial health and safety
• Preferably holder of the Certificate of Completion of 40-Hours Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) Training Course for Nurses (Issued by OHNAP or any DOLE-Accredited training organization)
• Oral and written communication skill
• Interpersonal skill
Work assignments:
• To provide medical, physical, emotional and psychological health care to all employees by
implementing preventive, corrective and rehabilitation programs and techniques in order to maintain excellent health condition of all employees.
2. REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
Successful applicants will handle the position of a DESIGN ENGINEER (Distribution Planning and Development Department).
Other Qualifications:
• At least 1 year experience in either of the following fields: Power Quality Engineering, System Planning and Design, Substation Design and Project Management, SCADA project, and Interfacing of distribution analysis software.
Work assignments include the following:
• Conduct preliminary engineering studies and researches relative to transmission and distribution materials improvement to enhance operational efficiency
• Research & development to ensure supply adequacy and to improve reliability of distribution lines
• Development of detailed implementation plans of the company’s major distribution system or special projects
• Act as “Quality Control” engineer of completed major distribution system or special projects
3. BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
(Internal Audit Group)
Qualifications:
– Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Information Management.
– With experience in process and procedure analysis and formulation, information analysis, system analysis and design.
Work assignments:
– Evaluates business processes, identifies problem areas and inefficiencies, recommends process enhancements
– Plans out projects in accordance with corporate objectives, monitors projects’ progress to ensure that processes are aligned to business plans
– Participates in defining factors and formulating evaluation matrix for project proposals
– Participates in formulation and dissemination of IT policies and guidelines and regularly monitors their effectiveness
4. LINE DESIGN ENGINEER
(Line Planning & Maintenance Department)
Qualifications:
– Registered Electrical Engineer
– With combined exposure in line design, estimating, construction and maintenance works, preferably with experience on Underground Distribution Systems
– Preferably with background in AutoCAD (2D, 3D)
– With Professional Driver’s License RC 2
– Must be good in oral and written communication
– Must have good analytical and decision making skills
Work assignments:
• Performs Survey/Inspection of Applications, Project Costing and Working Plan Preparation, Work Order Preparation, Pole Numbering Assignment and other Line Design Staff Related Functions.
5. CAD Operator
Qualifications:
• College Graduate, preferably Engineering course
• Skill in Autocad
• Work experience in creating plans and drawings for electric distribution projects
and system designs
Work assignments:
• Draft plans and drawings for electric distribution projects, particularly substation, sub-transmission and distribution system designs using Autocad
• Coordinate with Resource Mapping Section in updating Facilities data
6. MC MECHANIC
Motorpool Section
Qualifications:
• High school or Technology Graduate
• With Professional Driver’s License R12
• With experience in motorcycle repair
Functions include:
• Do the preventive maintenance and repair of company motorcycles and other related job which maybe assigned for expediency of service.
7. LINEMAN
(Customer Services Department)
Qualifications:
– Graduate in BS Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology graduate
– Professional Driver’s License R12
Work assignments:
– Attend and resolve all primary, secondary and service line related power supply problems, request and complaints;
– Respond to emergency assistance call concerning power supply problem.
– Responsible for all service connections installations, maintenance and repair
– assist in the conduct of power restoration of faulted distribution lines and equipment
7. SYSTEM OPERATIONS SHIFT SUPERVISOR
(System Operations Department)
Qualifications:
– Graduate in BS Electrical Engineering; Preferably Registered Electrical Engineer
– Professional Driver’s License R12
– At least 1 year related experience
– Must be computer literate
– Must be familiar with electric distribution system
– Must be good in oral and written communication
– Must have people-handling skills
– Must have good analytical and decision making skills
Work assignments:
• Supervises the resolution of emergency line troubles and switching works.
• Monitors and resolves power quality and loading problems.
• Responsible in determining and implementing the most economical power supply mix, ensures that supply meets demand and allocates power supply in time of deficiencies.
• Ensures that all Transmission & Distribution System Operation are carried out safely and properly.
8. DIFFERENTIAL BILLING LINEMAN
(Billing Services Department)
Qualifications:
– Graduate in Electrical Engineering
– Professional Driver’s License R12
Work assignments:
• Assist in the meter replacement, apprehension of pilferage cases & correction of service lines
• Perform clerical & field works related to Differential Billing Section activities.
