1. (1)Plant Administrative Officer

Job Description:

-Plant Administrative Officer are the people who watch over and organize the daily operations of manufacturing plants and similar places. Plant Administrative Officer oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.

-Plant Administrative Officer might oversee an entire location, or just a section of the operation. Plant Admin Officer maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking through data to find places of waste or places of improvement, keep an eye on worker safety and plant safety, monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, and repair or replace the equipment when needed.

-Plant Administrative Officer are the last line of defense for quality control when the item manufactured leaves the plant. They communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Some plant workers, after years of experience can take management classes to become a plant manager.

-Plant Administrative Officer will often spend months training with the company they are hired by to understand the processes and inner workings of the plant. Certification is available but not required.

Job Skills & Requirements:

-25-35y.o
-A Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any Business Accounting related courses.
-With experience is an Advantage.
-Willing to be assigned in Tagoloan.

-Interpersonal Skills: Plant Administrative Officer must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.

-Leadership Skills: Plant Administrative Officer must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Plant Administrative Officer must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.

-Time Management: Plant Administrative Officer face production deadlines, shipping dates and more and must manage their time accordingly.

2. (1) Assistant Plant Supervisor:

-Assist Plant Supervisor in organizing and managing day-to-day activities for plant operations.

-Manage a team of workers in achieving daily production goals.

-Coordinate with Plant Supervisor in resolving plant issues in a timely manner.

-Provide training and guidance to workers to meet performance standards.

-Determine resource requirements, work allocation and production deadlines to achieve production objectives.

-Maintain proper documentation for all plant related activities.

-Ensure materials, supplies and equipment are readily and continuously available for workers to carry out production process.

-Implement continuous plant improvements for increased productivity and scrap reduction.

-Implement cost reduction initiatives to minimize plant and labor expenditures.

-Optimize plant operations to meet quality and production standards.

-Maintain work area clean, safe and organized for workers.

-Set overall plant policies and procedures to ensure effective operations.

-Ensure plant compliance with company policies and government regulations.

-Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of plant equipment to prevent machine downtime.

-Schedule and supervise plant operations to meet production requirements in timely and cost-effective manner.

4. (4) Driver

-A truck driver job description could be similar to the following:
Responsible for driving a tractor-trailer in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures to transport various materials in a safe and timely manner.

(Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:)

-Responsible for proper loading and securing of freight to prevent movement and allow safe transport. Assist in loading and unloading as required.

-Maintain accurate records and logs.
Perform vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips; responsible for brake adjustments, tire chain-ups and minor repairs as needed while on the road.

-Keep the interior and exterior of cab clean

Job Requirements:

5. (1) Sound Technician Electrician

-Sound technicians are required to assemble, operate and maintain the technical equipment used to record, amplify, enhance, mix or reproduce sound.

-They identify the sound requirements for a given task or situation and perform the appropriate actions to produce this sound. Sound technicians of different types are required in a range of industries.

Typical work activities:

-The specific activities carried out by a sound technician vary according to the sector in which they are employed.

-Sound technician roles can be split into two categories:

1.Production – the recording of all sound on set or on location; post-production – the balancing, mixing, editing and enhancing of pre-recorded audio. Production activities include:

-Assessing the acoustics of the performance area and assembling and operating the necessary equipment; consulting with producers and performers to determine the sound requirements; selecting, positioning, adjusting and operating the equipment used for amplification and recording; applying technical knowledge of sound recording equipment to achieve the determined artistic objectives; recording sound onto digital audio tape or hard disk recorders; monitoring audio signals to detect sound-quality deviations or malfunctions; anticipating and correcting any problems; maintaining and repairing sound equipment.

Post-production activities include:

-Integrating (synchronization) of pre-recorded audio (dialogue, sound effects and music) with visual content; re-recording and synchronising audio(post-synching); mixing and balancing speech, effects and music;
