1. Internal Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Work with the audit manager in developing annual audit plan and coordination of audit activities.
• Performs audits for business operations, finances, compliance, with policies and procedures. Review and evaluate work papers and determine compliance in accordance with auditing standards and company policies.
• Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies, instructions and assists employees on difficult assignments; encourages innovations, and guides others towards goal.
• Coordinate the various planning phases of an engagement, including staff requirements, scheduling and the assignments of work by other audit staff and Industrial Engineers.
• Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of reports. Review the audit or other work programs and time budgets. Analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Regularly evaluate performance of audit staffs and provide appropriate feedback.
• Review reports and financial statements and tax returns.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA
At least 5 years of working experience
Deliver results in timely manner
Familiar with the operations in a manufacturing industry
Computer Literate (MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS)
Keen on details
Understands the business

2. QA Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s/college degree, professional license (passed Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical or Equivalent).
• Must have 3-5 years of working experience
• Preferably from food manufacturing industry
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Problem solving skills to facilitate analysis and development of solutions
• Organized, with focus on attention to details and accuracy as well as costumer’s needs
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team oriented environment
• Experience working in a quality control lab, and an understanding on basic quality principles.
• Self-starter and quick- learner, capable of multi-tasking
• Must have a team attitude
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays

3. Treasury Assistant

Must be a graduate of Accounting/Management Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce or equivalent
Must have at least three years of working experience specializing in Treasury.
Must have good customer service
Must be keen on details
Must be good in planning and organizing
Must observe proper work standards
Must have high regard to work ethics

4. Logistics Assistant

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business related course (preferably a graduate of AB Economics)
• Must have good scholastic record
• Must have a “follow through” attitude
• Must be good in planning
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must know how to use resources efficiently
• Must have high regard to good work ethics

5. Finance/ Tax Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze the company’s financial reports and performance
Check the company’s tax compliance
Update on BIR rulings and regulations

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Must have a significant work experience skewed in taxation for at least 3 years
Must have a good academic background
Must be keen on details
Must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
Deliver results in a timely manner

6. HR OFFICER/ Generalist

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management,Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1-2year(s) of supervisory working experience in the related field is required for this position (manufacturing set-up)
• Knowledge and experience in all facets of HR which includes, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee/Labor Relation, Strategic Planning, employees counselling, case investigation.
• Must be familiar with the rules and regulation of Philippines Labor law.
• Knowledgeable in 5S Implementation, GMP and ISO documentation.
• Ability to follow through on work assignments; hardworking, organized in meticulous.
• Execellent in Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Wiling to travel to other office branches.
• Willing to work on Saturday.
• Willing to start immediately

7. SHIFT ENGINEER

Requirements:

• A graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Communication, or Chemical Engineering.
• With at least 5 years of work experience in the field
• Preferably with an experience as a safety engineer and had undergone BOSH training
• Willing to work in evening shift
• With above average skills in verbal and written communication
• With strong leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in ERP system
• Assertive
