Sales Supervisor
(Shell – CDO)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible with sales and operations management, negotiations, target setting and proposals
* Supervise and monitors salesmen performance
* Conducts planning session with sales coordinator and salesmen
* Timely submission of required reports
* Conducts monthly audit on stocks depending on selling cycle
* Other responsibilities that may be additionally assigned by immediate head
Requirements:
* Female, 24-35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must have excellent leadership skills
* Excellent in oral and written communication skills
* Computer Literate
* Preferably must know how to drive
* Must be willing to travel
