BOTOY’S humble beginnings started in the year 2000 with the establishment by its owner of a modest takeout kiosk selling mouth-watering litson manok and sumptuous liempo in its present location at zone 3, Bulua Highway in Cagayan de Oro city. As part of its expansion, Botoys urgently need:

1. OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
(CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MALE
• 28 to 35 years old of age
• College Graduate with specializations in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or any related field.
• Preferably a resident of Butuan City, Agusan or any part of Caraga Region
• Knows how to drive with professional driver’s license
• With solid experience in sales and marketing preferably in FMCG
• Excellent communication skills both Oral and written communications
• Proficient in Computer applications
• Fast learner, can work with less supervision, with initiative and has a strong sense of leadership
• Reliable and trustworthy
• With pleasing and firm personality

2. BRAND MANAGER

Job purpose of brand manager

To take responsibility for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that supports the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. The Manager collaborates with all departments to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise. Additionally, Brand Managers take a lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies, and all aspects of their projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female
• A graduate of Marketing or any Business Courses
• Not more than 38 years old
• At least two to three years experienced in the field of Marketing and or with solid Marketing background
• have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
• have good analytical skills
• be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
• be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
• be a team leader, able to inspire others
• Be able to manage different projects at the same time
• Be energetic and passionate about their product speciality
• Be organised and methodical
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have good presentation skills.
• Proficient in Computer Applications
• Pleasing personality
• Willing to work extended hours

3. CHEF
(CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a four year graduate of Food Technology or any related course
• Male of Female not more than 40 years old
• With at least two years’ of experience as Chef from a restaurant set-up/Food and Hotel industry – Hospitality Industry
• Can create different kinds of new cuisine and menus applicable to the restaurants market.
• Creative and innovative in terms of food presentations
• Willing to work in a shifting schedules
• Has the ability to lead people
• Can start as soon as possible.
