1.INFORMATION CLERK
(CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)
• Responsible for the customer requests, queries, and other services deemed necessary
• Responsible for the proper implementation and monitoring of corporate accounts, extended services, and other customer-oriented services of the store
• Facilitate store return / exchange policy program
• Female, not more than 28 years old; Graduate of any four-year course
2.DEPARTMENT HEAD
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing customer service and merchandise display standards.
• Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability.
• Experience in service-oriented companies like retail and fastfood will be an advantage.
• Possess strong leadership skills and willing to work on weekends and holidays.
3. RECEIVER
• Will be responsible for receiving of incoming items of the store
• Experience in the same capacity preferred
• Male, not above 28 years old and Graduate of any four-year course
4. SECRETARY
• With pleasing personality, fast learner, and with good moral character.
• Female, 21-26 years old, College Graduate
• Familiar with clerical works
