SLERS Industries, Inc. began as a personal culinary endeavor in 1969, when Fely Pelaez learned to prepare delicious smoked country ham in her home at Del Monte, Bukidnon. That year, family members and friends bought her ham for Noche Buena (Christmas dinner).

SANITATION OFFICER
Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Ensures total cleanliness, sanitation and food safety of all processing equipment and surrounding areas
• Maintains an inventory of sanitation supplies
• Provides new-employee health and safety orientation
• Ensures compliance with safety and standards of government regulations
• Conducts sanitation audit
• Observes 5s & SSOP principles
• Other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Educated to at least college degree in Food Technology or related course Strong sense of customer service Ability to handle pressure and allocate priorities.
Well-equipped knowledge in food sanitation and food handling Excellent written and verbal Excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job Agile
