QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Commerce or any four-year related courses preferably Marketing
At least two (2) years of sales support and customer service experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Has good communication skills and able to speak effectively to employees, managers, and customers
With good planning and organizing skills
With excellent negotiation skills (assertive)
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Ability to write reports and correspondence clearly and effectively
Ability to multi-task, work with various challenges, and deal with variety of situations
Has keen eyes for details; excellent analytical skills
Computer literate
