•Candidate must be Male, not more than 45 yrs. old
•Graduate of any business course.
•With at least 3-5 years related experience in supervisory capacity, gained from FMCG industry. With good track record in sales.
•Must have proven ability in planning, in implementing strategies, in solving complex problems and in decision-making.
•With good business sense, excellent leadership skills, highly analytical and a team player.
•Must be hands-on, hardworking, must possess with high degree of initiative.
•With above-average human relations and communication skills.
