Convenience Store Supervisor

Job Description
•       Train positive individuals to be performing members of Cham’s Convenience Store, ensuring excellent customer service.
•       Meets financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
•       Ensures standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
•       Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
•       Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store crew regularly.

•       A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Senior Territory Representative / Van Salesman

Job Description
•       Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a well-planned coverage and systematic selling procedure.
•       Ensures delivery of orders, and collects accounts for remittance to head office.
•       Ensures selling tools (van, documents, POP materials) and products are sufficient and well maintained.
•       Ensures that BOs from accounts are properly recorded and remitted to the warehouse.

Qualifications
•       Candidate must possess at least a college/ bachelor’s degree, preferably business, economics, and other related courses.
•       Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
•       Good numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
•       Knows how to drive (with at least 123 restriction code).
•       Willing to travel and be assigned in out-base parts.

Senior Advisor

Job Description
•       Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the customer; serves as liaison between customers and technicians.
•       Processes work order and provide accurate estimates on services or repairs needed.
•       Effectively communicates to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance; constantly monitors and provides updates to customers on the status of their vehicle under repair.
•       Carefully inspects job done and pricing accuracy.
•       Edits and finalizes work order for billing purpose.
•       Follows up accounts receivable.

Qualifications
•       Male/Female not over 35 years old.
•       College graduate (of any course) with automotive background or inclination.
•       Short course certification in automotive related course (NCIII) is an advantage .
•       Must know how to drive (with driver’s license codes 1, 2).
•       Automotive skills is an advantage.

Home Delivery Driver

Job Description
•       Ensures fast and prompt deliveries of ordered products from one house to another.
•       Is accountable for all the stocks withdrawn from the warehouse for deliveries.
•       Responsible for the loading and unloading of stocks from and to the warehouse and assigned outlets.
•       Gives updates to his immediate superior regarding the status of his deliveries.
•       Accountable for the return of empty LPG tanks to the assigned outlets from the accounts.
•       Performs safety check for the accounts in every delivery.
•       In charge of the maintenance of assigned motorcycle unit.

Qualifications
•       Male, 21–30 years old as this requires driving and may include lifting of empty and filled LPG tanks.
•       Open to all college undergraduates and vocational course finishers.
•       Knows how to drive a motorcycle and has professional driver’s license.
•       Driving experience is a must.
•       Willing to travel.

Distributor Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
•       Develops and implements marketing and advertising campaigns
•       Responsible for tracking sales data

Direct Territory Representative

Job Summary
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Job Description
•       Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a well-planned coverage and systematic selling procedure.
•       Ensure delivery of booked orders and collects accounts for remittance to head office.
•       Submits required reports based on established timelines.
•       Ensures products are available in the warehouse.
•       Ensures selling tools (product samples, product presenters, documents, POP materials) are sufficient and well maintained.
•       Accountable for the reconciliation of hanging trade balances.
•       Ensures that BOs from accounts are properly recorded and remitted to the warehouse.
•       On resignation, ensures that proper turnover of company properties, accountable forms, and trade receivables will be observed.

Key Result Areas
1.      Coverage: Salesman should follow strictly the established Coverage Plan and achieve the required number of outlets to be covered.
2.      Basic Call Procedure: Salesman should strictly follow the established Basic Call Procedure and achieve the required number of productive calls per day.
3.      Distribution: Salesman should ensure availability of his products in all covered outlets by making sure customer orders are delivered on time.
4.      Collection: Salesman should ensure collection on time of products sold remittance of collection daily.
5.      Reports: Salesman should ensure accuracy and prompt submission of required daily sales and collection reports, weekly expense reports, competitive reports, etc. He should also maintain an accurate record of per customer inventories and purchases.
6.      Merchandising: Salesman should ensure proper pricing and display of products in his covered outlets and the installation of POP materials. Plan-o-grams are followed.
7.      Stock Accountability: Salesman should ensure accuracy of inventory of stocks in the warehouse and right product mix is maintained.
8.      Expense: Salesman should ensure proper liquidation of accountable allowances, per diems, and other accountabilities.
9.      Trade Returns: Salesman should ensure freshness of stocks in the warehouse and in the outlets he covers. Trade Returns / BO should fall within the budget.

Job Description
•       Ensures accurate and timely posting and updating of inventory-related transactions in the system such as sales, purchase, and transfers.
•       Monitors system inventories, ensuring they are reconciled against actual inventories.
•       Ensures zero errors of posted transactions.
•       Prepares and ensures timely submission of reports.

Qualifications
•       Graduate of a four-year computer-related course.
•       Male or Female.
•       Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•       Experience in a computerized environment is an advantage.
•       Capable of working under pressure

Account Receivable Associate

Job Description
•       Checks, posts, updates, and handles reconciliation of accounts receivable.
•       Prepares statement of account and account envelopes subject for collection.
•       Ensures all invoices for collection are accounted for.
•       Evaluates sales orders subject for processing and approval.
•       Prepares AR reports and files collection copies

Qualifications
•       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•       At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•       Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
•       Able to work long hours with minimum supervision.

Junior Accountant

Job Description
•       Responsible in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
•       Review the validity of the disbursements, analysis of accounts, and posting of transactions.
•       Supervise the bookkeepers in the recording of daily transactions.
•       Responsible of other duties and tasks that may be additionally assigned.

Qualifications

•       Liaises with logistics coordinator with regards to returned or BO items.
•       Accounts for the company’s stocks, equipment, warehouse keys, and other facilities and utilities in the warehouse.

Job Description
•       Handles account development and quality account management
•       Distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory.

•       Handles merchandising and promotion execution, ensuring that all displays of products are clean and attractive, highly visible to buying customers.
•       Performs sales orders, product distribution, and credit and collection task.
•       Withdraws and checks the damaged stocks and ensures prompt, accurate, and complete execution.

•       Monitors Excel Payable record.

•       Works with accounting system, i.e., posting purchase order, payable, payoff, remittance.

Recruitment Officer

Job Description
•       Prepares and facilitates pooling of potential applicants and ensures continuity of such.

•       Administers tests.
