ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepares daily Salesman Load Requirements (SLR) and submit to the Physical Distribution
Department (PD).
2. Complete daily call objective and attain call productivity per sub-route. Ensure regular and efficient call servicing of all outlets/marginal accounts as well as opening of new outlets in his assigned territories.
3. Maintains regular servicing of all outlets based on established sub-routes in his assigned territories.
4. Maintains regular merchandising activities in all outlets assigned to him such as postering, presentable and clean product display, cooler placements and servicing.
5. Ensure productivity of all company assets and other trade tools.
6. Ensure pricing compliance in each outlet assigned to him.
7. Monitors fulls and empties inventory for each outlets in his assigned territories.
8. Prepares, reviews and analyzes his daily sales operations monitor.
9. Remits all sales revenues to the plant cashier without any route shortage.
10. Observe and comply with all sales policies, processes and procedures on sorting, Route
Shortages, Salesman’s Daily Deals Report, shakedown, etc.
11. Submits immediately to his superior all current competitors’ activities within 24 hours in his
assigned territories.
12. Supervises and trains his helper (SA2).
13. Conducts daily BLOWBAGA/truck cleaning for his route trucks and reports regularly route truck
engine trouble.
14. Drives defensively and reports immediately any vehicular accidents if any, to immediate superior.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to deal and communicate effectively with all sorts of people, flexible and work driven.
Education, Training and Experience:
At least college level; with 2 – 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing on consumer trades; knows
how to drive, restriction code #1,2,3; With adequate training which provide the knowledge, skills
and abilities required.
