•Ensuring a quality dining experience for all customers
•Able to supervise daily operations; scheduling, managing, and training of dining crew employees; and overseeing billing of customer’s food charges
•Must be able to supervise dining crew and coordinate with all employees to ensure training in the key areas of food and beverage service.
•Responsible for all service standards, liquor purchase and control, and budgeting.
•Can effectively communicate verbally and in written to provide clear direction with staff to ensure that standard operating procedures are being followed.
•Must have strong communication skills; the ability to multitask; proven management/supervisory experience; extensive wine and cuisine knowledge; computer proficiency; and prior experience working at a fine dining restaurant,
•Must be empathetic, energetic, and have an affinity for working with a senior population
•Can communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
•Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems.
•Can remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situation and/or any activity, serving as a role model for the staff.
•Can interact positively with customers promoting restaurants best cuisines to offer
•Can resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
•Answer telephones in a clear voice, coordinate and document reservations. Maintain rapport with all departments and attend relevant meetings.
•Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met. Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products and check preparation methods to determine quality. Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
•Can utilize computer to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence.
•Ensure that all standards and restaurant cash handling procedures are met
•Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction.
•Considerable skill in math and algebraic equations using percentages.
•Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
•Ability to move and to lift objects overhead. The transporting, moving, lifting, and/or stacking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
•Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
•Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer.
•Knowledge of food and beverage operations and products, basic drink service and supervisory knowledge.
•Requires standing and walking 95% of workday
•Flexibility (weekends, and holidays)
•With experience is a great advantage

·Has the ability to work fast-paced environment, standing in prolonged period of time as necessary
·Has good physical strength and stamina to perform hard job will be preferred
·Successful track record of working on the back-end in the food service industry
•Hands on experience in preparing and presenting quality food items in accordance with  set recipes
•Known for perfectly following safety, hygiene and sanitation practices as per protocols
·Has the willingness to be trained
Able to work closely and communicate with co-workers, in constant high pace doing a variety of “time restraint” tasks.
·Competent in choosing and using best quality ingredients and equipment to cook and prepare food items
·Has the ability to sort and stock clean utensils and dishware
·Flexibility (weekends and holidays)


·Sort and remove trash and garbage
·Change dish chemicals or water frequently.
·Wash/mop variety of work areas (i.e. tables, walls, refrigerator, floor etc.) daily.
·Able to work closely and communicate with co-workers, in constant high pace doing a variety of “time restraint” tasks.
·Willing to do other functions assigned by management.
