QUALIFICATION:
– A graduate of B.S. Psychology / Management / Business Administration or related bachelor’s degree
– Female
– At least 22-30 years old
– Computer literate
– Knowledgeable in HR practices (Labor laws, government remittances, etc.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Recruitment and staffing logistics (e.g. sourcing media to post information on vacancies, releasing list of pre-employment requirements, etc.)
– Updating employee’s employment contract
– Employee performance evaluations
– Conducting interviews and employee orientation
– Employee Relations and Communication (e.g. writing memoranda)
– Planning and facilitating company events (e.g. seminars, celebrations, etc.)
– Employee safety and wellness
– Maintaining employee files (201) and ensuring that data is updated
– Other clerical duties
