HR SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Female or Male, between 25-30 years old
- Must be a 4-year course graduate, highly computer literate
- Must have at least 3 years related HR work experience in recruitment and training, compensation and benefits administration, as well as employee relations.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must be independent and possess strong leadership qualities.
- Must be analytical, diligent and hardworking.
- Must be a team player.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be trustworthy and discreet in handling confidential matters.
Responsibilities:
- Implements all Human Resources services, policies, and programs to support attainment of corporate objectives through active coordination with the Corporate HR group.
- Conducts recruitment activities in the branch by ensuring hiring and placement of highly-competent candidates for the company’s career openings.
- Designs and implements training and development programs of the Company in coordination with the corporate Training unit to ensure credible career management program for staff in each job category.
- Implements effective performance management system by providing guidance in conducting employees’ performance appraisal/evaluation to substantiate career management, staff training and to support pay-for-performance rewards program of the Company
- Implements compensation and benefits programs of the Company and ensure provision of equitable and competitive salary and benefits. Ensures efficient provision of all company-initiated and statutory benefits and services to employees.
- Assists in the Implementation of an effective job management and evaluation system to properly define, classify and price jobs within the organization and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Implements effective employee communications program to provide venue for sustaining effective communication within the organization.
- Conducts employee welfare and health programs to ensure staff are healthy and productive at all times.
- Administers employee feedback system via employee satisfaction survey (ESS) and training needs analysis (TNA) to support improvements of human resources infrastructures.
- Administers policy on employee discipline and sanction.
- Creates general awareness among staff in the Branch for company policies and programs.
- Performs related functions as necessary.
