RBT Bank, Inc. a medium sized and progressive rural bank is in need of highly competent individual for the following positions:
1. Accounting Staff
-Male or Female
-20 – 30 years old.
-Preferably Single.
-Must be an Accounting Graduate.
-With pleasing personality.
-At least 5’2” in height.
-Willing to be assigned in Maramag Bukidnon.
2. Business Development Officer position.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting or equivalent academic course.
-Must not be more than 35 years of age and with banking experience.
-Strong sense of professionalism with business acumen, proven teamwork and leadership qualities.
-Have good communication skills both oral and written.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
-Exceptional sales, negotiation and business development skills.
Main Functions:
-Assists/Supervises bank product development/enhancement initiatives.
-To source and cross-sell RBT Bank products to new and existing clients.
-Prepares business plan for the development of new business opportunities.
-Conducts area assessment for Branch expansion and development.
-Conducts sensitivity analysis on existing and new banks products.
-Conducts periodic customer satiusfaction survey vis banks products and services.
