OUR COMPANY NEEDS:
***(1) System Operations Shift Supervisor***
• Supervises the resolution of emergency line troubles and switching works. Monitors and resolves power quality and loading problems. Responsible in determining and implementing the most economical power supply mix, ensures that supply meets demand and allocates power supply in time of deficiencies. Ensures that all Transmission & Distribution System Operation are carried out safely and properly.
***(1) Substation Operations & Maintenance Engineer***
• Responsible for the supervision and maintenance of power substation. Recommends and implements standards of power substation operation and maintenance as well as the type, make or brand of equipment/facilities to be used in the substations.
***(2) Power Quality Technician***
• To Conduct Power Quality monitoring and Load Profiling in compliance with the requirements of the ERC. Provide support to Transformer Load Management (TLM) Crew in the load monitoring, installation and removal of distribution transformers. Actively involved in the implementation of projects participated by the Technical Regulatory Compliance Section (DCS); Such as, non-technical Loss Reduction project and others.
***(3) Equipment Technician***
• Under the supervision of the Instrumentation Supervisor conducts preventive maintenance, testing, calibration, repair & recording and/or monitoring of T&D equipment & to ensure the reliability of T&D equipment installed in the CEPALCO system. Also conducts required preventive maintenance, testing & repairs T&D facilities contracted by CEPALCO’s External Services Group.
***(2) Instrument Technician***
• Under the supervision of Power Metering Supervisor, conducts testing, calibration & repair including installation, preventive maintenance, reading and inspection of power metering facilities. Also conducts periodic accuracy and integrity check-up on all instrument rated metering facilities to ensure revenue protection.
***(1) Right-of-way Negotiator***
• Effective and efficient acquisition, retention and management of the Right-Of-Way, (ROW), that is essential in the continued expansion and/or maintenance of the T&D physical network, with due regard to the impact on the environmental as well as socio-cultural factors in the actual installation of line construction project(s).
***(1) Line Design Staff***
• Design, estimate, and feasibility study of Line Projects; Map Upgrading; Construction Standard Development and Updating; Joint Pole Use Technical Supervision; Preparation and submission of Section Reports; Related functions; Assistance on ESG Projects.
***(1) Design Engineer for Technical Regulatory Compliance Section (TRCS)***
• To conduct engineering studies and researches relative to Transmission and distribution System and to ensure that the distribution system of CEPALCO is in compliance with the technical standards in the Philippine Distribution Code; To provide support to ESD staff coordinator in all unit undertakings; and to have partnership and mutual support to Systems Planning & Design and Special Projects Supervisors; To enhance efficiency of operation of all electrical systems, equipment and facilities to optimize power delivery performance through automation and equipment systems and process re-designing.
***(1) Cadet Engineer***
• Responsible in developing and designing of operational systems and applications; Conducts research, evaluation, testing and selection of application software; Manages systems and application enhancement and upgrading as needed; Provides support to ESD Staff coordinator in the conduct of engineering studies and researches.
***(1) Design Engineer-SCADA Hardware Specialist***
• Responsible for the implementation of substation and distribution automation projects; management and maintenance of critical SCADA computer systems, monitors SCADA computers and network for faults; troubleshoots and correct faults; development and modification of SCADA system procedures, documentation, and checklists for the internal use; Serves as technical resource to management, staff and customers on SCADA systems; Stays current on technology associated with SCADA systems & providing 24/7 callout support for SCADA – related applications.
***(2) Differential Billing Crew***
• To process, generate, dispatch and compile service memo for the crew; to compute and generate differential billing; and to attend to customers’ complaints and differential billing settlements to support the company in minimizing electricity pilferage and to extend effective service to the customers.
***(1) Dual Training Program – Lineman Apprentice***
• The course is designed to equip the trainees with the required skills, knowledge and attitude of a lineman in performing construction and cold & hot line and live-line maintenance of transmission and distribution lines.
