1. Internal Audit Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Work with the audit manager in developing annual audit plan and coordination of audit activities.
• Performs audits for business operations, finances, compliance, with policies and procedures. Review and evaluate work papers and determine compliance in accordance with auditing standards and company policies.
• Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies, instructions and assists employees on difficult assignments; encourages innovations, and guides others towards goal.
• Coordinate the various planning phases of an engagement, including staff requirements, scheduling and the assignments of work by other audit staff and Industrial Engineers.
• Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of reports. Review the audit or other work programs and time budgets. Analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Regularly evaluate performance of audit staffs and provide appropriate feedback.
• Review reports and financial statements and tax returns.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA
• At least 5 years of working experience
• Deliver results in timely manner
• Familiar with the operations in a manufacturing industry
• Computer Literate (MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS)
• Keen on details
• Understands the business
2. MARKETING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
• New product developments / Research and Developments
• Brand equity developments
• Projects Management, Public Relations and Special Events
• Creative development of non-traditional marketing channels
• Do Sales analysis and market research
• Develop new business and non-traditional market channels
Requirements:
• College Graduate with degree in either Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relation, Advertising, Food Technology or Engineering courses
• Must possess excellent negotiating, communication (oral and written), report writing, and presentation skills
• Experience in cooking demonstration and other baking and / or culinary activities an advantage.
• Candidate must be proactive, honest, organized, resourceful, efficient and an “out of the box” thinker
• Skilled in powerpoint, excel and graphic design applications.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Willing to work during Saturdays.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
3. Quality Assurance Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a bachelor’s/college degree, professional license (passed Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical or Equivalent).
• Must have 3-5 years of working experience
• Preferably from food manufacturing industry
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Problem solving skills to facilitate analysis and development of solutions
• Organized, with focus on attention to details and accuracy as well as costumer’s needs
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team oriented environment
• Experience working in a quality control lab, and an understanding on basic quality principles.
• Self-starter and quick- learner, capable of multi-tasking
• Must have a team attitude
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
• Will supervise QA Analyst for laboratory testing and QA In-line assistant.
• Set quality control measures to achieve targets.
• Define quality measures in conjunction with working staff.
• Ensure product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
4. FG Warehouse In-Charge
Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management. Receiving and Dispatching.
• Prepare stocks for loading & dispatching based on sales advice and POs.
• Restock according to automatic reorder levels.
• Monitor goods received to ensure that orders are received on time, enter items into inventory, and notify Acctg Dept so that invoices can be entered into the Acctg System
• Ensure proper hygiene and neatness within the workplace
• Monitor bad orders received and ensure its proper recording, disposal/dispatching, and return to the main office.
Work is performed with a high degree of independence and is supervised by the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Has relevant experience (at least 4-5 yrs) in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Can extend working hours
• This is a Full-Time position.
