1. Finance/ Tax Analyst
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have a significant work experience skewed in taxation for at least 3 years
- Must have a good academic background

2. Internal Audit Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Work with the audit manager in developing annual audit plan and coordination of audit activities.
- Performs audits for business operations, finances, compliance, with policies and procedures. Review and evaluate work papers and determine compliance in accordance with auditing standards and company policies.
- Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies, instructions and assists employees on difficult assignments; encourages innovations, and guides others towards goal.
- Coordinate the various planning phases of an engagement, including staff requirements, scheduling and the assignments of work by other audit staff and Industrial Engineers.
- Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of reports. Review the audit or other work programs and time budgets. Analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- Regularly evaluate performance of audit staffs and provide appropriate feedback.
- Review reports and financial statements and tax returns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Deliver results in timely manner
- Familiar with the operations in a manufacturing industry
- Computer Literate (MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS)

3. Quality Assurance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s/college degree, professional license (passed Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical or Equivalent).
- Must have 3-5 years of working experience
- Preferably from food manufacturing industry
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Problem solving skills to facilitate analysis and development of solutions
- Organized, with focus on attention to details and accuracy as well as costumer’s needs
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team oriented environment
- Experience working in a quality control lab, and an understanding on basic quality principles.
- Self-starter and quick- learner, capable of multi-tasking
- Must have a team attitude
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Will supervise QA Analyst for laboratory testing and QA In-line assistant.
- Set quality control measures to achieve targets.
- Define quality measures in conjunction with working staff.
- Ensure product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
4. Assistant to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably (an Engineering graduate with experience in a manufacturing setting)
- Must be organized
- Must be meticulous
- With above average grammar and writing skills
- Must have an experience in proofreading legal documents
- Must be a forward thinker
5. Finished Goods Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Receives/ Checks stocks
- Conduct actual daily inventory
- Submit daily variance report
- Prepare all stocks for loading in the staging area
- Check all products for dispatch and loading advice for stocks confirmation
- Prepare order for walk-in costumers
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in dispatch
- Must be computer literate
- Must be good in oral and written communication
- Must be flexible in work schedule
- Can handle stress
6. Finished Goods Receiver
Responsibilities:
- Receives/ checks stocks coming from Production/ PHIVIDEC
- Conduct actual daily inventory for FG Warehouse
- Submit daily variance report for FG Warehouse
- Check all received products from production (based on daily FG stock transfer and receiving report)
- Receives and check all dab order received and generate a merchandise return report
- Regularly checks all vehicles/van before loading
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in receiving finished goods
- Computer literate
- Must be good in oral and written communication
- Must be flexible in work schedule
- Can handle stress
7. Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Accepts SOP from all salesmen of Mindanao customers.
- Handles proper documentation of Sales
- Encodes SO in JDE for confirmation by logistics accurately and without delay
- Prints Sales Invoices and send to logistics timely for delivery
- Maintain good customer relations with buyers including coordination for deliveries and concerns
- Coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries to customers
- Submits final sales invoice daily to Sales services coordinator for updating
- Processes documentation of Sales to Employees including Mazola sales ( Every Saturday).
- To practice and implement 5S, GMP, and HACCP in the workplace.
- To perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year minimum work experience in handling marketing or sales.
- Must be a college graduate
- Results oriented
- Computer literate; knowledge in ERP system
- With excellent communication skills (articulate, quick thinker, can grasp ideas easily)
- With great regard to good customer service
- Practice professionalism
- Good in planning & organizing
- With ideal work ethics
