• Organize and implement strategies to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets of the store.
• Monitor and analyze merchandise performance and service level and recommends essential action for improvement.
• Ensure that all personnel are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Retail Store Operations or equivalent.
• To be assigned in Centrio, Cagayan de Oro
