Positions and Qualifications:

1. FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• In-charge of the day to day operation of the fleet maintenance functions which include automotive maintenance and repair serivices of company vehicles and monitoring the activities of the assigned personnel.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any related field; with license an advantage
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience working with the operations maintenance and administration of fleets of vehicles
• Must have good working knowledge of the methods of transport administration/operations & knowledge of safe working practices
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Must have experience in managing a budget related to fleet maintenance

2. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• In-charge in the effective implementation of the Plant Electrical Maintenance Program to ensure efficient and uninterrupted plant operation.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in engineering and maintenance work
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Not more than 45 years old
• Willing to relocate to Medina, Misamis Oriental
• Full-Time positions available

3. Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise the efficient implementation of the Plant Mechanical Maintenance Program to ensure efficient and uninterrupted plant operation.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in engineering and maintenance work
• Excellent Supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Medina,Misamis Oriental

4. Laboratory Analyst/Shift Quality Control Technician

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, and Medical Technology
• With license, an advantage
• 21 – 32 years old
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Willing to work outside normal working hours
• Possess quality mindset and can adapt to fast paced working environment
• Able to work independently and as part of the team

5. Production Process Operators

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any of the ff: Electrical Engineering Technology; Electronics and Communications Engineering; Mechanical Engineering Technology Industrial Automation and Control Technology
• Bachelor’s Degree or with license in any of the above-mentioned courses is an advantage
• 21 – 35 years old
• Possess intelligent disposition
• Analytical, detail-oriented and has a high sense of urgency
• Able to work independently and as part of the team

6. Internal Auditor

• In-charge in the effective implementation and maintenance of the company internal control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Preferably CPA
• 21 – 30 years old
• Relevant work experience in audit and cost accounting is an advantage
• Possess intelligent disposition, detail-oriented; organized and must have a high sense of urgency and initiative

7. Technical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication, IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
