Position: Retail Shop Specialist (3 Full-time positions available)

Responsibilities:

• Personnel stationed in the shop area
• Help customers determine the appropriate service or product solution to inquire
• Conduct credit history, facility checking, documents verification, and close sales transactions

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
• At least six (6) months of customer service working experience is required for this position
• Effective in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have good communication skills,both in oral and written
• Willing to work in mall hours
• Single, not more than 28 years old
• Preferably a resident of Cagayan de Oro City
• Able to start immediately
