Position: Sales Dispatch (Butuan)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull-out units from the pier
• Conducts physical inspection to the unit to check if there are possible loss or damages due to the delivery
• Reconcile with the PDI done by the PDI Logistic Officer of Manila if there are any damages
• Notifies and gives the Accessories Technician a copy of the PDI if damage is found during transition
• Prepares the stencil of the newly arrived unit and submits it to the Sales Coordinator
• Prepares the unit to be released and confirm what free items / accessories are to be installed based on the release slip
• Ensures the cleanliness inside and outside of the vehicle
• Confirms Sales Consultants with regards to the fuel level of the unit
• Assists customers during the delivery procedure with the Sales Consultants
• Acts as Company driver during official business trips
• Other duties that may be required from time to time

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

• high school graduate
• with good driving skills
• cautious, honest and can be trusted
• with basic knowledge of Ford Products
