SERVICE ADVISOR (Cagayan de Oro City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems;
•Maintain customer rapport by greeting customers, explain estimates and expected return of vehicle; answer questions and concerns
•Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explain provisions and exclusions.
•Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Male/  Female,  not over 36 yrs. Old
•Candidate must be a graduate of any 4- year course
•With Automotive background is required for this position
•With Driver’s License and must know how to drive (RC 1,2)
•Must have good communication skills and good customer service relations
•Possess initiative skills and willingness to work long hours
