HR Manager for Hotel Operations
Job Responsibilities:
-This position shall be responsible for overall talent management strategy which includes workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, succession planning and employee retention.
-The role is also responsible in maintaining functions in human resource department such as employee compensation, personnel policies and regulatory compliance and in effective implementation and deployment of various HR related initiatives based on agreed action plans and timeline with Top Management and at the same time ensures compliance with labor standards and manage harmonious relationships between management and employees through active involvement in employee program and communication.
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
-Atleast 5 years Managerial Work Experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably gained from Hotel Operations.
-Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
-Well-versed in Labor Law
-A problem solver and a team player who can provide counsel to peers and senior personnel
-Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
