Accounting Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

> Manages all accounting personnel
> Facilitates credit and collection
> Prepare In-house and external Financial Statement
>Prepares Security & Exchange Commission Reports
> Submit VAT, Sales and Purchase reports to BIR
>Prepares quarterly and final Income Tax Returns
>Analyzes Profitability of Margin of Unitd for Davao and CDO branches

Job Specifications:

> A graduate of BSC- Accountancy or related course
>with five years relevant work experience
>with above average analytic and organization skills

Admin/ HR Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists the Admin Manager and Operations Manager with the operations of the department. Performs specific functions for both Head Office and Satellites Offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Monitors Administrative-related expenses and the operational cost at Ford Cagayan de Oro & Mazda Cagayan de Oro (utilities, office repairs and equipment purchases)
* Submits Administrative Proposals and Request to the Operations Manager and Admin Manager
* Coordinates with the Building maintenance in the daily monitoring of FCDO & MCDO water and electricity consumption.
* Requests and prepares inventories of bar/cleaning supplies and touch cards.
* In charge of the company staff rooms
*  Safe keeps spare keys of the entire office
* Setup accommodation and other arrangements for company visitors
* Monitors custodial services such as janitorial and security (attendance & performance)
* File and safe keep important documents of the company (Business permits, DTI certificate etc.)
* Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
* Takes down minutes of meetings
* Monitors the monthly requisition of supplies and other clerical supplies.
* Assist the Operations Manager with report preparations

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Warranty Processor

JOB SUMMARY:

Who can perform his/her tasks with good understanding; can deal with people in a very professional manner; willing to work beyond normal time with several types of warranty related paper works; with high regards to customer satisfaction and relevance of working harmoniously with co employees.
