1. ARCHITECT
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree, Architecture or equivalent
• Preferably a Licensed Architect
• Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
• Can do a landscaping function in the related field is required for the position
• Can act as construction supervisor
• Can do planning and can ball of materials estimator
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for the position
• Willing to work anytime as possible
• Full-Time position available
2. ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN
(1 Vacant Position)
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Engineering / Architectural / Drafting Technology course or equivalent or any Drafting related Vocational Courses
• Experienced in Architectural & Structural Drafting ( at least 1 year work experience )
• Proficient in rendering using 3Dmax, Sketch-Up, Autocad, etc.
• Has high attention to detail
• Quick to absorb instructions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Keen to details, flexible and organized.
