Platyppines Media Solutions is looking for a SALES MANAGER.
The primary role is to provide leadership, plan areas of improvement or development and drive results for our sales team. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for training, performance management, personnel development, and oversight of all direct reports.
Job Duties
— On-board new employees (training)
— Work with Sales management to fine tune sales skills of employees
— Seek out/Pioneer ways to sell and better the sales process
— Create Trainings based on what sales management needs, then implement
— Side by side coaching
— Being a member of Management to increase and drive sales across the floor
— Setting the standard for what we expect out of any employee in Platypus
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
— Minimum of 3 years of Outbound Call Center experience as a Supervisor or Manager
— BS/BA Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
— At least 28 years old
— Strong analytical skills
— Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
— Self-motivated, self-starter, and takes initiative.
