-College graduate of related course preferably Marketing, Culinary or HRM
-At least 5 years working experience as manager/supervisor/executive chef in reputable hotel/restaurant
-knowledge in Marketing, Operation, Cooking, HR, Acounting, Strategic planning and Finance
-At least 30 years of age
