Skills and Experience required to perform optimally in the role:
?5 or 4 year college degree in Computer Science, Information Management or any related courses
?Basic analytical and project management skills to handle/resolve issues and determine effective solutions
?Has experience in Business Software Application
?Basic to advance knowledge in Accounting is an advantage
?Excellent/Strong communication and facilitation skills (Written and Verbal for documenting the work and presenting the software to the clients) ?Ability to perform effectively under stressful conditions such as directional changes, tight deadlines, etc.
?Has ability to tackle issues and problems directly and tactfully to help the team achieve its goals
?Very confident and has pleasing personality (for client interactions and software implementation)
?Ability to work with different individuals, multi-task and actively participate in team-based planning procedures
?Must be Team oriented and can work with minimal supervision
?Creative, highly self-motivated and enjoys a challenge with a passion for helping others
