Responsibilities:
Identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.
Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions.
Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
