Job Description
Provide the needed manpower support to operations by hiring competent people; generating pool of applicants for different positions to meet the operations’ target for people needs; and providing manpower statistics.
Identifies various sources of recruitment by keeping abreast of current hiring trends and practices such as online and telephone recruitment, job postings, job fairs, campus recruitment, outsourcing for management positions, internal sourcing or referral systems, flyers, buying of graduate lists from schools and etc. to ensure continuous supply of qualified applicants needed by operations and other units in the Company.
Attends university job fairs and sets up display of the company booth by coordinating with the respective school officials for their schedules and booth location in order to attract applicants.
Develops database for pooling of applicants as a ready source of candidates.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or Others.

Job Description
Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions.
Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to ensure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
