Virginia Food Inc is in need of Talent Acquisition Assistant

Work Base: Cagayan de Oro

The position is responsible for:

• The recruitment, selection, acquisition, and placement of the best candidates for designated positions in the company;
• Monitors compliance of Company Policies and reports violations to the Manager for Human Resources;

Qualifications
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resources Management.
With at least 1-2 years experienced in the same role.
With intensive knowledge on Recruitment.
Honest, dependable, hardworking and can work under pressure.
Must have strong organizational and management skills.
Must be conversant in English
Willing to do multitasking and can render overtime.
