Internet Café Attendant

Responsibilities:
? Assist customers when they have trouble or questions using computer softwares.
? Provide services such as encoding, printing, downloading and all other operations provided by the café.
? Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the place.
? Keep accurate records of logs.
? Generate sales report and do other clerical works.

Criteria:
? At least 18 years of age.
? Must possess at least a High School Diploma/Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
? Competent Computer Background. Must be good in MS Office Applications.
? Knows how to troubleshoot different kinds of computer programs, hardwares and softwares.
? Must possess knowledge on popular online and LAN games because he or she will be assisting customers to use it.
? Punctual, Honest, Reliable, Friendly and Hardworking.
? Fast Learner, Prompt and Organized.
? Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, willing to extend hours until midnight. Can do shifting schedule morning and night.
? Immune to loud noise
? Preferably just living near MSU-IIT or Tibanga area
