Qualifications:

• Male / Female 25-30 years old
• Graduate of Human Resource Management or BS /AB Psychology
• With at least 2 years experience in handling all aspects in Human Resources specifically in compensation and benefits, administration, timekeeping and employee relations
• Well-versed in processing government-mandated benefits
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
• Equipped with strong leadership and administrative skills
• Can handle work under pressure and willing to work long hours
• With proficient written and communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
