Positions and Qualifications:

1. ACCOUNTING STAFF & OFFICER

• Male/Female at least 24 years old
• Graduate of Accountancy or CPA
• With 1-2 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping (disbursement, credit and collection)
• Intensive knowledge in preparation of financial statements is an advantage
• Strong computer literacy skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good personal judgement, diplomacy and sense of priority
• Must be hardworking, honest and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned to different areas as management sees fit

2. CREDIT & COLLECTION HEAD

• Female at least 28 years old
• CPA
• With 2-3 years experience in real estate credit and collection
• Must be familiar with bank transactions
• Computer literate and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be people and detail-oriented
• Must be hardworking, honest and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned to CDO, Butuan, Iligan and Cebu

3. MARKETING MANAGER

• Male/Female at least 28 years old
• A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration and other related course
• At least 2 years experience in real estate marketing
• Intensive knowledge in Sales Planning, Marketing Activities and Marketing Training Tools
• Computer literate and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be people and detail-oriented
• Must be hardworking, honest and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned to CDO, Butuan, Iligan and Cebu
• Well groomed and with professional appearance

4. TREASURY OFFICER

• Female at least 28 years old
• CPA or graduate of Accountancy and Banking and Finance
• At least 2 years experience in handling treasury function
• Must be familiar with bank transactions
• Computer literate and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be people and detail-oriented
• Must be hardworking, honest and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned to CDO, Butuan, Iligan and Cebu

5. HR SUPERVISOR

• Female at least 28 years old
• Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably HRD/Psychology or any Personnel Management courses
• At least 2 years experience as HR Supervisor
• Must be familiar w/ all the aspects of HR functions (Recruitment, Training and Development, Benefits & Compensation Administration and Organizational Development)
• Computer literate and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be people and detail-oriented
• Must be hardworking, honest and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned to CDO, Butuan, Iligan and Cebu
• Well groomed and with professional appearance
