– Graduate of BS- Psychology,Human Resources or any related 4-year course
– Skills: Computer literate, communication skills, Leadership Skills
– Can work under minimum supervision, can handle pressure and can make on time reports
– Background on trucking services is an advantage
Responsibilities:
– Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
– Monitor performance and attendance activities
– Coordinate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire.
– Provide information and assistance to employees and council on human resource and work related issues.
– Perform other related duties as required.
