SR. PROJECT ENGINEER
The successful candidate shall be responsible in assisting the Project Manager in all project management activities, prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project. Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work. The ideal candidate must have:
•A licensed Civil Engineer;
•Male/ Female, between 30-40 yrs. old;
•At least 5 years’ experience in mass housing construction and land development;
•With experience also in cost estimates, planning and scheduling
•High proficient in technical/ report writing
•Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and AUTOCAD
•Willing to work under pressure and on extended hours
